STEP 1:Sweep a mixture of Early Bird and Tuscan Sun into the crease using a soft brush.

STEP 2: With the same brush, blend Sidekick into the crease.

STEP 3: Blend Cabin Fever further into the crease to add depth, using a defined crease brush.

STEP 4: Gently apply your favorite glitter primer to the entire lid and after that Pat Asteroid over the primer with a flat stiff brush and apply your favorite eyeliner.

STEP 5: With a small crease brush, smudge Cabin Fever on the lower lash line.
Blend Taboo closer to the lash line with the same brush, to add more depth.

STEP 6: To complete this look add mascara, false lashes and the sparkler in Halo to the inner corner.

STEP 5: Add a waterproof black cream liner along your lower lashline with a cream liner brush, really concentrating it between your lashes.

STEP 6:Rim your inner waterline with a black kajal liner.

STEP 7: Blend the edges with an ivory shimmer shadow using a blending brush. You never want to see the highlight below your brow; it’s part of directing attention to your eyes, but shouldn’t be visible, so please blend!

Finish the look with a couple coats of a volumizing mascara that’s not stiff.

STEP 4: Reapply the NYX pencil to the center of lid to help your next color stand out more. Then, using a light bronze color, pat the shadow on your lid with a medium, flat-tipped brush.

STEP 5: Blend a neutral color, usually the lightest color on your palette, slightly above your lid using windshield-wiper motions, so there are no harsh lines.

STEP 6: Highlight your brow bone with a very light color that has a bit of shimmer, like the color on the top right of the Lorac palette.

STEP 7: Apply a waterproof black gel liner to the lid and smudge the outer corner down with a flat-tipped brush. Then, using sparkly gold eyeliner, swipe it along the outer corners of your eyes and along your lower lash line.

STEP 8: Using a bright shimmery gold, pat the glitter sporadically on your lid with your finger.
Tip: You should use an adhesive to avoid having glitter end up all over your face. Just pat some on your eye before you apply the glitter.

STEP 3: Then you will need colours from the orange palette. Apply light orange to the outer corner of the lid, above the crease, and darker to the inner half, again above the crease. Merge them together with a blending brush.

STEP 4: Now, cover the lid with black eye shadow. Use one with pearl effect. Smudge the edges and enhance the bottom lash line.

STEP 5: Finish the look with a coat of mascara and some eyeliner. Highlight the inner corner of the eye.

STEP 1: Use a thin slit brush and dip the top into a carbon black eye shadow. Paint a line above the eyelashes. Next to the corner of the eye and slightly thicker outward.

STEP 2: At the outer edge of the line you end with a wing. Paint the thin top of the brush carefully so that it is thin and finest outermost.

STEP 3: Use a small eyeshadow brush and dip the top in a little black eye shadow (take a little bit easier to start with and take more if needed, you do not risk getting too much directly). Place the brush against the outer edge of the underside of the eye and pull the brush back and forth along the eyeliner and into the underside of the eye. Determine yourself how far down the underside you want to sow. I usually take it about half way.
4th Paint a black quay on the waterline. All or only on the outer edge.

STEP 4: Use black mascara on top and bottom fringes. Mascara often conceals some of the makeup, and often “disappears” makeup. Therefore, I now apply mascara first so that you can see how much they will appear behind the fringes.

This step is not a must. I’ve done it because I’ll get a silver plot for the next glitter if there are glitters in the glitters, so they look silvery. I have mixed a silver blister with mixing liquid.

STEP 5: Do the same with the glitter, dip an eyeliner brush in mixing liquid and then into the glitter. Then paint as much glitter as you wish!

To be healthy and fit, the intake of water is very necessary; it is good for allover body and skin as well. Institute of health and recommendation also suggest almost 1.9 liter intake water daily. This is not an only estimate for everyone, we all should aware of the fact that how much our body needs water, what is our physical requirement in other words, as to work best every organ, cell and tissue of our body needs water to be fit. The dehydration can occur with less drinking habits, and when it got mild type of dehydration it loses all your qualities to do work hard and it makes you feel tired.

So the intake of water and awareness of it, is very necessary to maintain the fitness level, we call also lose weight problems with extra intake as water is more than good for our body, head to toe we need water for our every part of body to work efficiently and to remain healthy and fit.
Every time we use to hear the advice that drink 8 ounce water per day, but it depends on the condition of our surrounding environment and our body hydration level. May be its good for some people to have less than 8 ounce, and may be some need more than to 8 ounce to keep their fitness healthy and leveled.

Daily exercise is important to consume all the calories which we are taking so that they could not store in our body in shape of fats. Besides this, daily exercise makes our body strong and active; it reduces muscles pain and keeps body fit and sturdy. Requirement of exercise is also different for different people regarding their weight; some people with heavy weight needs more exercise and 2 to 3 hours of workout including rest sessions. But normally a person with average weight needs a workout of one hour daily.
The start of exercise should be from cardio exercises like jogging, skipping, aerobics and cardiovascular. These types of exercises help to active body, blood movement and for warm ups.
Besides a proper exercise we should also keeps in mind one important thing, “movement” we should keep our body in movement, don’t stick at one place for several hours.

4. Controlling the timings or eating

The foods used in moderation are most probably helps us and effects us in beneficial way. If we are not taking the food on right time, even the good food can be harmful for us.
The time and quantity of food is very necessary to maintain. In morning time we should take a complete and healthy diet full of proteins. But the people having habit to eat late night are on the wrong way. Late night parties and team dinners are so much popular now days. The imbalance amount of food and imbalance timing affect our health a lot.

There is need to intake much calories in morning and afternoon so that our body remains powerful to do a lot of works and activities, our muscles in day time are active and they consume all these calories, but the intake of heavy food at night times cause bad affects, because at night time, muscles are inactive and the calories didn’t consume and they remain in our body in face of extra fats.

5. Healthy sleep

The work load and all the time working can makes a person tired physically and mentally. So outing is very necessary in life, to go outside and have a calm time to enjoy the weather, good food and to enjoy yourself. Break is very necessary.
